Pastato™ Fortified Potato Pasta
Description
Pasta made from potato and rice flour. Wheat free, Gluten free, Kosher, cholesterol free, and contains no genetically
modified ingredients.
Ingredients
Potato flour, rice flour, quinoa flour, ground flax, psyllium husks, frutooligosaccharides, (FOS, a prebiotic),
vitamin B-1, vitamin B-2, niacin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, vitamin B-6, iron, magnesium.
Cooking Instructions
Put potato pasta into 8 quarts of rapidly boiling water and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
If desired, add a tablespoon of oil and salt as preferred. When ready, pour into a colander, drain and rinse
with cold water. Can be served with sauce, in hot soup, pan-fried or as casserole.

Pastato™ Gluten Free Cheese Dinners
Description
Quick and easy cheese dinner made with potato pasta and white/yellow cheddar cheese mix.
Wheat free, gluten free, Kosher, and contains no genetically modified ingredients.
Ingredients
Potato Pasta: 100% whole grain potato & rice flour
White Cheese Sauce Mix: cheddar cheese (milk, bacterial cultures, salt, microbial enzymes), salt,
disodium phosphate (a natural emulsifier), xanthan gum, citric acid
Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix: cheddar cheese (milk, bacterial cultures, salt, microbial enzymes), salt,
disodium phosphate (a natural emulsifier), xanthan gum, annato (a natural vegetable dye), citric acid
Cooking Instructions
Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and once water boils again, cook for 5 to 8 minutes to
preferred tenderness, then drain. Stir well while adding 2 oz skim milk (50 ml), 1 tablespoon of butter and
the cheese mix. Enjoy as is or bake into a casserole, if preferred.
