Ingredients

Cooking Instructions
Put 1 package of rice pasta into 4 quarts of rapidly boiling water and cook until it reaches the
desired consistency. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Ingredients
Rice Pasta: whole grain brown rice flour
White Rice Pasta: white rice flour
White Cheese Sauce Mix: Cheddar cheese (milk, bacterial cultures, salt,
microbial enzymes), salt, disodium phosphate (a natural emulsifier), xanthan
gum, citric acid
Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix: Cheddar cheese (milk, bacterial cultures, salt, microbial enzymes), salt,
disodium phosphate (a natural emulsifier), xanthan gum, annato (a natural vegetable dye), citric acid
Cooking Instructions
Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and once water boils again, cook for 7 to 8 minutes to preferred tenderness, then drain. Stir well while adding 2 oz skim milk (50 ml), 1 tablespoon of butter and the cheese mix. Enjoy as is or bake into a casserole, if preferred.
